Justin Bieber may be a precocious sensation hotly recruited by more than one big-name star. But he's also still a teenager. And his official full-length (preceded by a heavily loaded EP) sounds like it. Thank goodness! Bieber is at his best when he's acting his age: crooning about teen romance in a barely post-pubescent tenor on "Stuck in the Moment," working Jackson 5-esque vocals over the soda-shop pop of "U Smile," getting angsty and adorably dramatic on "Overboard." And his youthful charm is infectious -- heck, he even makes Ludacris sound like a puppy dog on lead single "Baby."
